btw, getting back to the topic, I was just wondering, Filipinos dont pronounce the letter "F" right? They use "P" instead... Or is it just some people ? Coz I used to meet a lot of Filipinos while in the Arab Emirates and they pronounce "pipe" for "five" :D No offense, just doubting ^^ nywayz English isn't our mother tongue ^^"

Well, yeah, sometimes, others pronounce "f" as "p" but that's not all of us.


I think most of us are fluent in English. Maybe.

It just depends on the experience of the person speaking english. Even my classmates tend to stare at me when I rant in english. Some other nosy people even tell me to repeat what I say, only slower

In my current school, there's no English campaign, but we speak it anyway. Good thing I got used to my past school's strict English campaign.
