How does Kaito KID manage to keep his hat and monocle from falling off??

I'd like to hear some opinions to see if there's really a explanation for this...err...gravity defying thing

And also, How is it that a hat and a monocle seems to be a better disguise than a mask??

Super glue.  It's incredibly painful for him to take it off after every heist because of that.

Well, you see, the glue doesn't affect Kaitou Kid's hair because it's not really his hair at all.  It's a wig.  Or a series of them, rather.  It still hurts him because of the monocle, though.  He cleverly hides the red marks from that with make-up.

Well, you see, the glue doesn't affect Kaitou Kid's hair because it's not really his hair at all.  It's a wig.  Or a series of them, rather.  It still hurts him because of the monocle, though.  He cleverly hides the red marks from that with make-up.

(It bothers me that Conan wants to take off his monocle "to see his real face" -- see Eccentric Mansion file -- and I'm like, REALLY, KUDOU?!? YOU CAN'T SEE YOUR OWN FRIGGIN' FACE UNDER THAT MONOCLE?!?!?!)

but wouldnt it be great if we all discover kid has some sort of trick we all ignore?
such as the monocle is of the same magic family as conan's glasses and therefore no one recognises him...
or something really mad XD!
