This may come off as a stupid question if i'm way off (which I do sometimes), but does anyone know what this thing is?

i think that might be just a random disguise mask that he uses? Like, he's always disguising as someone else, and when he takes off his disguise the mask usually looks like that.

Um i think its a design mistake u know when they were making the movie
