Kaito doesn't speak Osaka-ben. He just called Aoko by her nickname "Ahoko" sometimes, which kind of sounds like Osaka-ben, but isn't. Kaito is from a fictional place called Ekoda, which is pretty close to Tokyo.

There really is a city called Ekoda near Tokyo. (I found it on the internet!!!)
