Not too happy with this one, the mouse is so frustrating to use, I need a tablet soon, lost motivation for it halfway through the hair shading. v.v Anyways I hate the hair, background, and overall texture that it gives off. I may come back to it later when I finally get a new tablet during Christmas.

I'm not 100% positive what you're going for but I'll hazard a guess that is is "vector" and for this style... you can't rush for textures ^^. 

I notice lots of smudging and liquify (?).  Filters and smudging is nice, but if you want to keep a clean look I'll suggest you vector or vexel most of it then do whatever you want to polish it later ^^.

Remember the pen tool isn't only used for lines.  It all depends on what brush you use to fill afterwards.

And omg everyone should definately check out raynkazuya's gallery, he does the sexiest chicks... with mouse xD.
