First i want to say this is my first story of DC i would like to thank akai-kun for helping me with the story. as far as i know it's just mas much as his story as it is mine ^_ (please check out some of his great stories.) with out futher adoo, please injoy and  let us konw what you thought of the story so far. i well have a pic up soon ^_

A large man wearing a black and good looking suit was running for his life, sweating to death. He rushed inside a building where he sought for protection.

Okay, posting here as well to get a 'new'-sign for the topic^^
And to get it up to the first place in the list (for now).

I can't say more then finex just did and hey, you should really read it because as what I've been able to read the last days: it's awesome.

(Many) Comments are very very appreciated to 'our' project (it's mostly his, because he has the idea and I'm only editing it ), thx in advance.

Hey, people out there, sorry for the long time with no updates. Sorry for that. But I'm sure you'll be pleased to hear that more passages are coming up very soon... (and I'm not talking of my "soon' for those that know what I'm talking about. )

There were several issues that made that break necessary, first off the common writers block from which I also suffered not so long ago. And then, the technical side, etc, etc...

But to shorten things up: An update is coming soon and mybe even more than that, but let's see what the future holds in store for us all~ 


In the meantime while waiting, you can re-read the first part released from 'our' (finex') story and then comment on it, thx in advance. We really need some feedback, folks, so please support us by writing a comment, thx.

I can say just by looking at a few lines that the speaker is not very good with English. If you wish I could see about doing a little cleanup.

Small Example:

Mouri’s face went ( Word choice : went sounds better ) pale,( yours is like a bucket) but before anyone in the room ( in the room should be understood )noticed (active vs your passive) that look, hethen (Understood so not needed) shook his head. After watching ( a clearer word for what you are trying to say. I can look at the outside of a video without watching them. Watching means I viewed what was in the video) the videos very closely (This word order seem to read better) , Mouri made his deduction.

More about in the room: if you want only those in the room not to notice you would say: but before those in the room could notice
The way you have it means anyone anywhere and in this case adding the in the room is redundant.

Hey there, long time no see writing... 
It would definetely be great if you're willing to re-edit the story. Btw, the "pail/pale" thing is more like a typo I think, I didn't really notice that at all... xD
But still, you're doing a great job editing stories, thx for that.

And I'm sure finex will approve of that, too.

Okay, posting here on behalf of finex and of me. Sorry for the waiting but a good story takes its time, I for one noticed that very often... But there's good news on the horizon:

Update Status - In Progress!

So, you can expect something these next weeks as we're both hoping right now. It now depends on how fast the story can be written into a real action book, if you know what I mean.
But no worries, it will be soon.

Unimaginable things happened and both our PCs and laptops were destroyed in a fire, our story was lost in the world wide web and we suffered from any known disease...

That is what someone could write to excuse everything but I (we) won't. So here's the real post (:)) :


Finex lost inspiration and over the time, life kicked in and therefore, ths story moved to the background. No more reason necessary, I think. The current situation is the following: Finex gave the story to me as well for writing and since I'm already having some ideas for developing this story, I gladly accepted his offer. But of course, finex will still work on the story as well as I'll do...
At the moment, I'm just getting back at writing, updating my FF thread, so it will take some days.
But you can be assured, there will be an update very soon (at the latest: End of December), no worries.

Until then, be sure to re-read the first part(s) we published so far, post comments, thoughts, etc. in here and a new updates is hitting the ground soon.

Hell yeah, you read right: WE'RE BACK!!!!!

After a long time of no writing and updating, we're finally back with some information for you regarding the developing of the story.

1) I (Akai-kun) will take the lead on writing, finex will be co-writing (Reason? - Read the post above.)
2) The story will stay! We had some discussions about if we should end that story and maybe start another one, we're currently working on. And our answer clearly is: NO. So, it stays~
3) As executive writer, I can tell you that there will be unpleasant things while the story develops because we intend to make it the most epic FF ever about Conan.
4) This story will go on longer than some of you might think, so it will take its time but(!) there are new updates coming very soon.

The reason for 4) simply is, we both had very few time to spare over the last months and personally for me, it was like hell, as a compariosn you could take the burn-out-syndrome (which I luckily did not have), but we're back now, finally.

NEXT RELEASE DATE: ~ 02/13/11

We're sadly putting new updates on hiatus. Let's hope it won't be for too long.

Okay, I admit, it has been some time since we last said there would be an update.

But well, uhm, how do I put this? Things turned out to be quite... heated on my side. But let's not get into details here, folks, news is, we're planning on releasing some new content within the next two weeks. Yeah, you heard (read) right, new release coming soon.

As you may already know through reading the previous posts, finex gave me the executive role in writing and since then, life kicked in very hard and believe me, it was nearly unstandable. So I was occupied and damn busy for months now, crazy time. But I have some free time over the next weeks, so I'm pretty optimistic that we can deliver you guys out there something heart-racing, intense and yet deep-going content in the (very) near future. And I promise you, there will be something, if not, well, let's see what my punishment will be...

So, enjoy the news for now and look forward to the upcoming release, you'll be pleased with its outcome, I can assure you.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

So, today was the day I got back to writing (yeah, I know it was way too long and both, me and finex, are deeply sorry for the waiting time), I'm currently writing on it, just wanted to let you know. The second I'm finished, I'll send the draft to finex for editing and et cetera and then it's going straight to you guys.

And in case you wonder, no it's not another false promise, truly not.
