I've been eying this thread for quite a while, and I've just recently got a DCTP account and a Pixiv one. So please get used to me because I really love my beloved KaiShin ^ ^
(By the way, greetings to Mangaluva and anyone else in the KSA. I joined recently in the summer, but I haven't shown up to chat or hang around at LJ a lot.)
Welcome! Glad to meet you! (Although personally I wouldn't recommend Saitaina R Moricia; it's not that her writing's bad, it's just that she can be extremely rude to other writers). Try looking up White Mage Koorii and Dragon-sama/Starling!
@Mangaluva: Really, she's that rude? o.O Hmm, I didn't know that. I really look up to Koorii and Sama, but I think you've already posted their works, at least most of them. I've read a lot of their fics, and they're great!! Especially Mayonaka, which is my favorite. *bows reverently* By the way, I love A Phantom Thief, and I'm looking forward to the next part of the series!

Tsu-chan is the best! So glad you like her! (Glad you like APT too, but i'm afraid the sequel won't be for a little while... gotta get this Pokemon fic out of my head first XD)
@Mangaluva: Hai, I like Tsu-chan's works. I've chatted with her a couple of times, but not many. ^ ^
The fic that got me into KaiShin is Ysabet's and Nightengale's Three Thieves...but I'm extremely picky and want KaiShin and KaiShin only. (Only acceptable three-somes for me is Death Note's Mello/Matt/Near and Katio/Shinichi/Hakuba.)

Question for all of you KaiShin fans: What got you into this particular pairing?
When I was writing my first serial fic, When Pandora's Box Is Opened, I made friends with one of my best reviewers, KSA Key-Chan. I hadn't been into yaoi at all, but she suggested Dragon-Sama's "Chatty Plunnies" (link below) they were so funny, and so sweet, that I started reading more of Dragon-sama's stuff... and she continually plugged White Mage Koorii, so I started reading hers... and then I joined the KaiShin Army... and that was that XDXD (I feature in some of the later plunnies- Chu-chan )
For me, actually, I started getting into yaoi in general with Death Note. I was stuck on only that for a long while...and then I read some of Icka M. Chif's HakuKai fics. And so, I started enjoying the DC/MK yaoi fandom. One thing lead to another - and I felt the power of yaoi and KaiShin awesomeness !
Here's some pics: (from photobucket, so I don't know the artist. sorry.)

My reaction as well. And yet I keep clicking on this thread for some reason.
Hmm...not fans eh? I'm okay with that. Quite a few of my friends tend to block me out when I start talking yaoi, particularly KaiShin (even my fellow yaoi fans are tired of my rants about it recently... >.> But if you keep coming back, maybe you find it vaguely interesting? -Who knows-
For the fans: Anyone read this one? I'm really hoping for the next chapter, but after a few years you tend to give up on things being updated. And a warning for those that haven't read it yet: EXTREME ANGST. Including attempted suicide.
