Yup!  It's based on Black Cat's ending where everyone gets drawn as cats xD.

I love all the Magic Kaito details this artist adds though, like fishes and clovers everywhere~

A lot of people when they do parody MADs they just copy directly, this one actually make sense to Magic Kaito.  I wish it was a real ending sequence and song to the Magic Kaito anime~
