Yep. That's why I put 'Parody Trace' at the top. I didn't do much work myself, so I didn't want to take credit for the pose, style, etc

Not bad... 
Just keep practicing. Use your sharp eye and relaxing hand... And most important. Always in good mood  ..
Try using a photoshop..

I'm not much of an expert , but you shoud use a brush , maybe .. download a few ..
also it's a good idea to create separate layers for colors  (one for hair , one for eyes , face .. etc)

your picture looks like that because the colors you used were more like .. plastic colors .. to say so .. not quite the real ones ..
one more thing is the shadows .. you should work on that

I'm not much of an expert in this thing .. but i may try it , and post it later .. I have time to spend ,so .. why not !!


PS : how to say it ... it's fun to see something different .. that colors are nice , but there are a few point that make it look weird (actually the only thing is that the color from the hair is coming out on the face .. but if you do it a few more times .. it won't be a problem anymore )
