You made some light reflections on the face since the moon is shining (the face looks great)
You could make some reflections on the blanket too, but just at the edge and on the upper part. Since the light should fall a bit there too. And the grill of the window could get some reflections too, but that's not necessary. Same with reflections on the leaves maybe

Love the details you did with the sheet, all those folds makes it very life-like. ^^
If I should give critic, maybe make the background/room more detailed like others has said already with shadows and uhm...make the dragon appear more tattoo-like on his back? Not sure how to do that though, since I never was good at drawing and wouldn't really know how to explain it better. The best I was able to draw was birds--though they kinda sucked if I should say so myself. :x

awww thanks! No way, the shades aren't ugly at all, stop saying that what you do is ugly!! Really, you should watch some of these vids where they color a drawing and it looks like they are just messing before they finish... And it turns out to be amazing!
As I said on mangamagazine, you CAN draw, you just have to believe in yourself more. As my uncle would say: If you're an artist, what's most important is that you have confidence in yourself and that you don't depend on what others tell you to do, but that you want to go your own way.
I'd say that you can ask for help if you want to get better, I do too, honestly, but what's most important for you is to gain confidence in yourself.
(btw, I posted a sketch of a back in my own topic and put some advice on drawing one there, hope it'll be useful)

Yeah, my mothers side of the family is pretty creative. My uncle believes in artists going their own way a lot, he's really modernistic and stuff.
