Anyways it's a bit different to PS 7 . . . Well, like I said before, you should change the effect to the lawyer of the eyes, I use colour or Soft light, but again I don't if PS CS3 have it or it is different XD

that they looked a little weird you can see in my avatar. if you compare the two the new one on done just now is a lot better. the eyes at least.

I think it's because you coloured the part that is supposed to be white imo. The light blue one.

It might help if you darken it up a little bit, too. It's coming out just a little too bright to look natural. But other than that, really great job so far! ;D

Imo it shouldn't be too dark either because it would come out as being dull and losing it's sheen. Too bright would be no good too as seen from the effects there.

What I suggest is to just colour the way the natural eye colour should be (which is light blue). What you used there looks turquoise. Idk about colours, though. Unless you told me you played around the the settings such as.... HUE AND SATURATION.

You can always take anime screenshots and manga colored pages to sample the colors that were used. That may help with the brightness.

Sometimes manga coloured pages aren't really that accurate at all. Their skin colour tends to be a tad more yellowish. Just my thoughts, though.
