Right now, on the latest manga chapter, Ran already know a lot of things right?

can we summarize what ran already know?
- Ran know shinichi still alive
- Ran know sinichi almost never shown the same time as conan


and what the reason behind Ran did not suspect Conan? She's already suspected conan a few times but she never press it to conan.
(imagining Ran press conan just like Phoenix Wright pressing witness....)

lately conan seems dont really put an effort to hide his identity... acting like big boy.

Because logically and scientifically it's impossible for a person to shrink and age backwards. The entire notion is a preposterous one.

because there are no public knowledge about a poison that can shrink someone back to childhood, thus that all notion seems like science fiction.

and there have been, from time to time, when someone covers up for Conan and pretend to be Shinichi.

I think Sera will figure out first, if not already.

It is heavily implied that Sera is aware of something being very off about Conan and refers to Shinichi when he calls in as though he's in the room, implying she's aware that he's shrunk.

The cover ups include Agasa calling in using the voice-changer, the shadow and voice-changer trick, Haibara masquerading as Conan when he was given the temporary antidote, the trick during the London arc involving temporary antidotes...

At the same time, though, Ran could throw Conan/Shinichi's strong love of Sherlock Holmes stories back at him for a suspicion arc. "Once you have eliminated the impossible" and all that. Even though it's highly improbable, it is still technically possible and it is the most consistent with all the evidence. Of course, that requires a total shift in the status quo of the series, so it is unlikely that Ran will find out at this point.

Because no one in their right mind would suspect the truth and the only reason she had those few times of doubt towards Conan's identity is because she's f***ing insane.

Well but she suspected a sort of drug that was given to Shinchi by Agasa. That's not SO improbable.

Maybe she already knows at some level, but she tries to brush it off and deny it because it seems so crazy.

I've seen some speculation that she's figured it out again, due to referring to stuff such as how DNA and fingerprints don't change with your size. However, every time she's been suspicious and/or tried to confront him about it, he's found a way to make it seem like she's wrong. As such, if she's suspicious of him again, she may just be keeping it to herself until she can find sufficient evidence that he can't possibly deny.

Or she could be in denial. She has some good reasons for it: she's taken baths with him. Either A) she's bathed in front of some semi-random kid who happens to strongly resemble a younger Shinichi, or B) she's been taking baths with Shinichi. And if B is true, then that means Shinichi has seen her naked. ...Not exactly something you want your love interest to see until later in the relationship. XD

But in Japan it's common to bathe together, especially given Conan's age. It's not uncommon for a woman (mother figure) and young kid to have a bath together.

Yes, at Conan's age. It means something else entirely when it's someone your own age.

By the way, I just got the funniest mental image of Ran figuring it out but keeping it a secret so she could get revenge on him the entire time by making him wear embarrassing outfits and costumes, and do embarrassing kiddy things. XD

The bath thing is not so important because Yukiko wanted to bath with Shinichi so bad even when she knows that he is a adult!

I think Ran already known Conan is Shinichi but she doesn't jump in conclusion cause she knows Conan will deny. Maybe she's collecting evidence, DNA, fingerprint and the way she talks to Conan recently seems weird. She blushed and shy ect..
