The Ultimate Fate of the Black Organization

People kind of a general idea on how the manga will end: Conan will become Shinichi and get together with Ran. There's no arguing that. But a thought occurred to me today: what will happen to the BO?
The general consensus is that it will be dissolved in some way. However, how will it go? If you think about it, it's a pretty large-scale operation. Entire families are involved, it seems to have various divisions (science, espionage, etc.), is hinted to be involved in politics, and it even operates on two continents. Additionally, it has enough members and associates for Conan to encounter them on a fairly regular basis (before you point out that years can pass without any plot, in-story all of this is supposed to happen within the span of a few months or so) and lead us to speculate that any character we see is part of the Organization. Along with all that, there's speculation that it's been around for many years.
All in all, it's ridiculously big. Shutting it down would be no small feat, and almost seems impossible. It won't just quietly just stop operations with the leader's arrest or death, and members won't give in to arrest easily. Many members have killed themselves or each other to avoid information being leaked, so I wouldn't be surprised if half of them committed suicide. However, this is a shonen manga, so I think Gosho will avoid excessive bloodshed. As such, how will he go about it? Will he kill off members like Gin and Vodka, or have them arrested? What will happen to Anokata? Will he/she be arrested? And then there's the strangely popular "gentleman" Bourbon, who is ever so polite and nice. Given his popularity here, I'm guessing he's reasonably popular over there as well, so that will be a tricky one for him to carry out...
Personally, I can see Gin killing himself to avoid arrest. I can also see Vermouth with a similar fate, though perhaps she'd sacrifice herself for Conan and Ran's sakes rather than avoiding arrest. Chianti, though, I CAN see being arrested; she seems kind of like the kind who wouldn't sacrifice herself for the Organization. As for Anokata, I have no idea. We have yet to see him/her, so we can't be sure until he/she appears. What do you guys think?
