*SPOILER FREE* Discussion Thread: Detective Conan Files 825-
This topic is for SPOILER FREE discussions of the current manga case. If you have glimpsed progression in the case that has not yet been covered by DCTP releases, this is not the correct topic to be discussing in. Spoilers from the latest case, no matter their source, may be discussed in the other topic on this case, which can be found here. Please read the rules in the first post of that topic as well!
In other words: If DCTP has not released the file in question, it is NOT to be discussed in this topic, not even in spoiler boxes.
Why is this necessary?
Due to the files making their way onto the internet in full much earlier than before, we will be experimenting with having spoiler free discussion threads for all the latest cases. This will give everyone the opportunity to proceed with following and discussing the series in the manner they are most comfortable with.
What happens with the other type of discussion topic?
They stay exactly the same. The topics that we have been discussing the files in while using spoiler boxes need to operate by the exact same rules as before, especially for the time being. There are several reasons for this. Foremost, people may accidentally stumble into that topic (either from the index or without seeing that there is a "spoiler free" topic available). As a result, the old rule of "if DCTP hasn't released it, use a spoiler box" will still apply as much as ever, at least for now.
If you have comments on this system, which I note is temporary and in the midst of a trial run here, please do so in the designated topic over in Issues & Suggestions instead of the one you're reading now. It will be much easier for everyone that way.

Does this make Conan the prime suspect?
And I'd be pissed at Conan too for not explaining before hand. I'd yell at him for blackmailing someone else into the plan too.

But Agasa´s comment with Tsundere was a bit mean. I think Ai had every right to be pissed.

Unless Yamamura's the police officer coming to the scene (he'd be dumb enough to accuse a 7 year old), no.yamiangie wrote: Does this make Conan the prime suspect?

Of course she's pissed, but she has no right to hit him for it as he was serious.
Ai has to learn everyone support her to live well and she can't do anything about it; that's what she wanted B.O. react in first place so they won't come after her. Vermouth has upper hand; as long as she wasn't ask to track her, she can use Shinichi as reason as he once save her before.
That fake death is classic move. we'll get a chance to see counter attack in future if they go for 'K.O.' move in dark behind B.O.'s back. My prediction.

I don't think calling Ai a tsundere is mean. Ai is pissed because nobody told her anything about the plan...but at the same time Ai is grateful to Conan and Co because they found a way to save and protect her for a long period. That's why she blushed, she's happy about the conclusion of this case, although she doesn't want to show it.Steffi wrote: But Agasa´s comment with Tsundere was a bit mean. So yeah Ai is a tsundere^^

Re: *SPOILER FREE* Discussion Thread: Detective Conan Files 825+ "Tennius Meetup"
I like Conan's expression in asking where the "dere" part is. Hopefully Gosho will show us Ai/Subaru conversation later on this subject.
I'm also glad that Amuro will be back working at Poirot. So far he hasn't shown any murderous intent, has some police connection, & doesn't really look like a bad guy yet, apart from the sherry train incident. So I'd like to know more of his behaviors, actions, & motivations. So now he's revealed to excel at tennis as well. Looks like he's had a pretty normal upbringing. I wonder when & how he got involved with BO.

Yamamura had accused someone aside Conan a few times already.Wakarimashita wrote:Unless Yamamura's the police officer coming to the scene (he'd be dumb enough to accuse a 7 year old), no.yamiangie wrote: Does this make Conan the prime suspect?
Ep 96 is Yukiko
Ep 199-200 is Kogorou
Ep 602 is Sonoko
Conan is not strong enough to lift a vase which is as tall as him and the victim is too high for Conan to hit. But since it is in Izu, I bet it's elder Yokomizo is in charge of this case.

A supposedly locked room murder, again...great.
I wonder who stole the spare key.
Amuro is getting Conan freaked out, good, he needs a bit of stress like that!

Considering the state of the plot in this Bourbon arc, I think that what Conan needs the least right now is more stress.Hime-Chan wrote:Amuro is getting Conan freaked out, good, he needs a bit of stress like that!
I mean, with Akai discovering his big secret, Sera being dangerously close to do so as well, and Bourbon pretty much breathing down his neck, not to mention that Ran's suspicions are resurfacing... Not to mention the train thing. Yeah. It's a miracle that he hasn't cracked yet.

Stress can make any one makes mistake, that's what I want for Conan, it could maybe probably lead to a character development for Ran!El Huesudo II wrote:Considering the state of the plot in this Bourbon arc, I think that what Conan needs the least right now is more stress.Hime-Chan wrote:Amuro is getting Conan freaked out, good, he needs a bit of stress like that!

Yea plus it could lead to Amuro getting suspicious of Conan, which i really want to see. Kind of like Sera but not AS stalkerishHime-Chan wrote:Stress can make any one makes mistake, that's what I want for Conan, it could maybe probably lead to a character development for Ran!El Huesudo II wrote:Considering the state of the plot in this Bourbon arc, I think that what Conan needs the least right now is more stress.Hime-Chan wrote:Amuro is getting Conan freaked out, good, he needs a bit of stress like that!

Re: *SPOILER FREE* Discussion Thread: Detective Conan Files
I dunno...
Anyone in the BO getting suspicious of Conan (besides Vermouth, who isn't suspicious of him, she KNOWS he's dangerous) would pretty much mean THE END.
The BO noticing Conan is a good setup for the final arc, and there's a lot of things that are missing for the final arc to begin. (That is, if we want a good ending. The final arc could very well start now and everybody dies, BAD END. But that would be pretty... ouch.)
