Thoughts on the file, my understanding of what's happening (I can't read chinese, just from the images):

Spoiler:

-Takagi took the day off to investigate the circumstances regarding his friend death a year before but he got caught instead.
           -Amuro appeared briefly, I'm interested in what he said to the DB(it involved a flashback of Sera).
           -Seems like a Sato and Takagi case, so long without one. I'm really looking foward to it!

Amuro was there because he heard the DBs will be there and left because Haibara wasn't there even though he says he wants to meet Agasa isn't there.
Conan didn't spot Amuro first but sent Haibara and Agasa home b/c they don't want Haibara's picture on the Police Poster they were planning on making with Takagi.
Takagi is in huge trouble but will not die because he is a main character, interesting to see how they get him out of this one and get the culprit. Espically if this location is outside of the Tokyo district since Takagi was at the airport before he was assaulted.

Conan: A, Amuro.... Amuro: I heard from Mouri Kogoro that detective boys are going to the police station to do some propaganda video

Amuro: I was asked to go the police station as well. But it is over now.

Conan: why were you called? Amuro: It had something to do with your abduction case. Why I had to crash the car into her car (not the exact translation)

Conan thoughts: Speaking of which, Sera was called back again to the Police to explain her action. She over-done it

Amuro: Whatever (or can be translated as "nevermind"), I had something else to do here as well

Conan: Something else? Amuro: oh... don't worry, its over now.

the last sentence by Amuro can also be translated as "Oh.... don't worry, since the situation is over (done) now"

Though, that does make me wonder, whoever it is has enough money to actually buy and give away an iPad, plus has access to that building site (plus it'd be very hard for just one person to get Takagi in that position, that high up ), it reminds of the hints of Amuro being rich and considering that Amuro had just finished some 'business', that really isn't helping his case . And the fact that Takagi presumably was kidnapped not long before Satou received the iPad points to there being more than one person involved Then again, I'm not sure why, if it was Amuro he would target Satou and Takagi in particular, he'd have to have quite a bit of knowledge beforehand to even want to do that and I'm probably just seeing BO hints 'cause I want to .
On the other hand, it's a Takagi/Satou case! *Hype*

Unfortunately, It's pointless to think BO is involved in this somehow, since this is obviously related to Takagi's friend. And even if you assume Takagi's friend died because he discovered something about the BO, I would say they would never do something like sending that video to Conan, or, you know, being so OBVIOUS.

Well then, Gosho. When are you going to confirm to us fans that Amuro is Bourbon, dammit! It's like he's teasing us or something.

Also, I'm so happy that this is a Sato and Takagi chapter. <3 It feels like it's been a long time since either of those two have been in a case.
(Oh, and if this case ends with Takagi proposing then I will pretty much squeal.)

And I was thinking more about how Amuro seems to act, though you saying that reminds me that it only seems to be Vermouth, Amuroand Amuro's large amounts of money with no indication of anyone else, so unless they have some way to pay off the guy who gave the package and swear him into secrecy (well, Vermouth could blackmail him, but he didn't seem that uncomfortable *needs to re-check*), it does seem unlikely, though I can always hope .
