Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone think that the lower-level Org. members like Vodka and Tequila know of the Boss' master plan? Or do you think that would be kept from lower tiers like them?

I think the fact they've got code names shows they have some level of authority in the organisation, however I don't think we've given enough hints to say how much they know, though I'd guess Anokata only tells relevant members (Sherry if we go by the idea that immortality or similar is the aim and APTX4869 was part of it) and ones high enough up that he can mostly 'trust' them (Vermouth and Gin). I don't think it would have to be a member with just proven loyalty, as Kir doesn't seem to know anything despite her 'killing' Akai, so maybe a longer term membership, more than just the few years she was in there. I think that anyone who knows the boss' identity would know the aim, but getting that high is only available to elite members... not sure really

Well if we use Rye as an example. It seem clear he does not know the MASTER PLAN. The question becomes was he about to learn it when Camel made the mistake?

I doubt anyone knows the true, full Master Plan except for the Boss himself. Doesn't exactly seem like an open and trusting organization. Vermouth is a possible exception.

I think they know the parts in which they are involved, but they aren't given full access to every thing.

before any meeting with the boss, you have to down a bottle of your named alcohol before actual plans are discussed. As such, pretty much nobody in the organization actually remembers what's going on at meetings except Vodka, who's beefy enough that he can hold his alcohol. This is also why they're the Black Organization, as not only do many of them black out, but they have a light aversion due to frequent hangovers.

But really, the only people who I see as having a chance of knowing the plan are Gin and perhaps Vermouth. And organization which relies on secrets being kept isn't likely to give out info on anything more than a need-to-know basis. Even then, I doubt either of them knows the full story, and each probably knows different facets of it than the other person depending on what each of their jobs actually is.

well, that's not a spoiler anyway, since it's been mentioned that she's "the boss's favorite" or something of the sort in the red shirt case that already aired.
