(Call me bored, but I thought this would be a fun topic to include on the manga board. And hey, this is the one thing I feel I can guess well about since well, I'm not Chekhov when it comes to solving the cases before the big reveals. ^^; )

In this topic place your guesses for who will be the keyhole character for upcoming volumes! It's become apparent that Aoyama is running out of main characters to use for the keyholes which is probably why in the later volumes we've been getting characters that are only important for maybe one case. (I'm looking at you, Maria Higashio and Natsuki Koshimizu...among others.)

So, start guessing! There's no prize for winning, but you do get bragging rights once the books are released.

Volume 74 comes out in December, who will be the keyhole character?

Oh that's right, he hasn't used Goro yet has he? Yeah, Goro might make the most sense.

Remember, the character has to have appeared in the files that are contained in that volume. Goro hasn't been seen since... When?

You're just assuming he'll follow his normal pattern.

You never know, he could be really random and throw the culprit from the very first case on there.  (I don't know why, but hey...)

There was a similar topic at DCW. We came up with quite a few ideas. Here's what we've come up with (before people quit posting): 74: Goro the cat (seen briefly in Ayumi kidnapping case) OR nosy housekeeper from 'Eye for an Eye' case
75: Naeko Miike
76: Amuro Tooru

All we've got so far.

@Abs.: I think that your hypothesis is accurate. And then he'll put Conan on the last volume to shake everything back up again and end with a bang.

I'd go with Amuro for this.
