I like how Ai pointed out how weird the previous police love stories were.

First I thought it was a so-so file, but after reading the translation, it is very good. Ai was great in it.

I liked it. The DB didn't talk too much and it's nice having a little change in the crime committed. I'm also looking forward to how the story develops.

i really liked that chapter... was fun to see ai talking about dense detectives and how naeko tried to hide herself all the time...

exited to see whether or not Yumi gets to know about these two in this case...

btw... i don't know when or where you get your scans from... but i know that since two weeks ago the redhawkscans team gets their TWGOK scans already saturday morning, since this is published in shonen sunday too they may have the DC scans too avaible on saturday... i just thought maybe it is easier for you guys to work on saturday/sundays rather than in the middle of the week...  just wanted to inform ... and just delete this paragraph if i'm not supposed to post this here

Gosho's rather sneaky, isn't he? When we first saw Naeko back in VHS of Memories, I groaned, rolled my eyes and thought 'oh great, MORE '1st love 4ever' pairings? Can't we see something else for a change?!' and proceeded to go through the case on autopilot. Seeing it play out in anime form made me warm up to the pairings and Naeko's character a bit, and this chapter got me hook, line and sinker.

Gosh darn it, she's soooo cute~! ^^ Ganbare, Naeko-chan~!

I just hope now that we have a Chiba-centric chapter that we can get his official first name. Is it Isshin like his voice actor, or something different?

I just got caught up on the manga (I was four chapters behind :V) and I'm very much hoping this case doesn't turn into a straight-up MPD Love Story Part 987656789.  But at least it's (slightly) more interesting since Chiba thinks he got rejected and is now stuck with her.

I noticed that too.  He never referred to the other DB with any, but he at least usually referred to adults with SOME manner of respect, did he not?  Little brat needs a beating.  Miike, your tsundere skills are needed!

If anything I'd look through and see if he ever referred to Satou-keiji using some sort of honorific or title... Since she can def. beat him up

Common thread seems to be possibly things being left in cars? Golf bag and figurine boxes... Not sure about the Ita-car or the street racer's car, but if the Ita-car that was damaged had something left inside vs. the Ita-car next to it which didn't, that'd differentiate.

Also if the friend of the part-timer is the one that was attacked, he totally left his cell phone in the car.

I think it has to do with the blocked vision by the paint/figurine boxes/golf bags in the cars.  Maybe the housewife's child got hit by a car because the driver couldn't see properly through whatever was blocking his/her view... so now she holds a grudge against any car that has its vision somewhat blocked, thinking it's perilous to driving.

Oh well, just a theory.

So Conan knows even Otaku stuff i never heard off? i mean, i´ve seen lots of such cars already, but i didn´t knew they were called Ita-cars. Lol at the meaning. XD
Conan should just go into some quiz-shows, win lots and lots of million yens and live happily after as a pimp. XD
