Two days ago, While having lunch (Weird, I know  ) I was thinking that; what if conan told Megure-keibu what had happened (the BO and all)and I wanted some suggestion (i.e how, when, where, with who, whether he was told ...and etc..)

I just thought this as a possibility for maybe what might happen in the future, because as shown in the first episode in which Heiji appeared (after conan went back into his old body and finished solving the case) he told Megure-keibu he'd explain someday, And i was wondering if anyone else could help continue it!

I think Negure is not the first choice Conan choose to tell. He would have told Takagi first. But what help he can expect?

Well, I think then during cases he will have more support from the police force. I'm not exactly sure though!

He would probably never tell, as he would consider it to be putting them in danger.  He came close to telling Takagi, but that was only because they were both about to die.

If Megure found out somehow, he'd need undeniable proof.  Otherwise, he'd never believe Conan.

Maybe if Conan knew Megure was 100% going to die. :p

But I think it would really make a mess of things if he found out.

i guess takagi can spit it out unvoluntary as he's naive and the only policement that conan can tell the truth is yamato cause he's the best one and also he may even tell him about the BO

I highly doubt the possibility of Megure finding out in any way is going to happen. Megure, IMO, tends to base his observations on what things look. So for him: Conan =/= Shinichi.

If that happens, I suppose, as Akechi Hidame said, Conan would get some support.

But I doubt it's ever gonna happen.

But, on topic, if Megure ever found out, Gosho would leave him for a couple panels, then he'd die.  Probably.  I can't imagine he'd be allowed to live if he knew.  It's different for people like Agasa (who is helping Conan), Ai (who is in the same boat as Conan), Yusaku and Yukiko (because they're his parents), and Heiji (because he's the sidekick-figure most of the time).  Megure would be too influential and they'd get too close to the BO too fast.

There's no need for Conan to reveal his true self to Megure. If dire situation calls for Shinichi's appearance, Conan can always pop an Aicandy -- I mean Haibara's pill.

If Megure-keibu did find out about Conan/Shinichi's situation, he would be surprised but then scratch his head, and then question himself about what he found out (assuming he discovered the truth on his own). I don't thinkMegure-keibu is a very assuring person when it comes to his own thoughts. He'd probably cause more trouble too since it's most likely he would confide this with someone he's close with/has a great deal of trust in.

I think he could be a useful ally, and I feel like he'd be willing to stick his neck out to help, but it might be difficult getting him to believe everything.

I honestly don't see why connan's first or at least second move was not to go to the police. I guess for the sake of the plot, but that always sort of bugged me.

You could make the argument that he doesn't want to endanger them, but as police officers being in danger is pretty much their job. I think it is reasonable to believe that the secret could be held within just a few people.

and for that matter why doesn't he tell the FBI. Their entire purpose for being in Japan consists of openly and actively fighting the BO, and on top of that Conan openly flaunts his deductive abilities around them.

At first, he couldn't be sure of who was and wasn't BO in the police- they obviously have moles. But by now, he ought to know that, say, Sato, Takagi and Megure are reliable. Sato and Takagi in particular would be utterly kickass allies.
