My completely ridiculous Anokata theory

Yeah I've been wanting to state this theory of mine for a while. It's one of those things that you know is really stupid but you really just want to see anyway because it might just work somehow.
I should justify it before even stating my theory for who Anokata is. No, actually, I will NEED to justify it. It's...interesting. To say the least.
So basically, the thing about Anokata is that pretty much any theory for who his/her identity is has major problems for me. Either it's very much like a plot twist for the sake of a major plot twist (for any major characters basically), too unimportant a character for anyone to care about or just really cliched and dissappointing (Yusaku). I mean there's a couple other theories I like. Mainly Heiji or Eri as that would just be awesome but Ai or Sonoko's dad would also work. But anything else would likely be terrible, as it would be a character you know too well to make it believable other than "just as planned" nonsense or someone no one cares about.
However, I thought of one character who has been very important. He's referenced a lot, he knows a lot, would be a worthy "final boss" I suppose you could say. This series would not exist without him I'm certain (and not just because of APTX). Someone who we should all know. And not Abs. Anokata's name is...
...

To Dearest Aoyama Gosho sensei,
I know you've heard plenty of this but ...
you really should put some B.O arcs or of the kind very soon. Fans who're hungry for plot development are going to riot in different and creative ways.
Very soon.

In the end, Doyle will fight Conan in a giant library as they constantly give each other one-liners from Holmes stories.

and obviously, even if Doyle wrote the books, Conan will surpass him proving that obssesive fans know more about the work than the author XP

and the end would consist of Conan telling Doyle that, due to a certain piece of evidence mentioned in a book, that the suspect Doyle wrote as the culprit couldn't have done it at all and that the real culprit was another character entirely. Then Doyle says something and dies of shock. Magnificent!

I am serious about this being the theory that I...kinda want to happen. I mean, don't get me wrong, it would be stupid beyond words. Nothing could be dumber. However, it has so many advantages to it. It's someone who has been a major part of the series and would still be something no one expected. Yet at the same time, thanks to Vermouth's apparent immortality, has some basis in the series canon. And having Conan being forced to face...pretty much his inspiration as the villian, and having Conan Doyle as the leader of a criminal organization that murders people would make for some fun irony and stuff. And if necessary, you can just retcon it as just a completely obsessed and slightly insane Sherlockian who now says he is Conan Doyle and at least have the character as what could have happened if Conan's life was as messed up as Anokata's is. Or some similar story. As an example.

I barely even post over here but I'm de-lurking to say that this is the best fan theory ever. No one would see it coming. Except you, apparently, you genius you. *salutes*
