Give or take, but I’d recommend on doing a Google search of images on Uma Thurman as well. 8D But this was just a random discovery after searching for a celebrity look-alike for Vermouth, and then noticed the similarities in the roles she plays.
- Vermouth’s codename is likely to be derived from “Miss Beaumontâ€

An interesting comparison, I also noticed the Hattori Hanzo part when I watched the series.
However, I think some of these are bit of a stretch, but it's fun nonetheless, as both Vermouth and 'Black Mamba' are awesome.
However, Vermouth is more endowed, so you're wrong :X (jk..sort of)

Kill Bill came out in 2003. Vermouth was introduced in 1999.

Authors often change their mind. The issue isn't quite when Vermouth was first introduced, but rather when she was introduced as the
Boss's favourite to make Kill Bill a valid argument.
It was possible that Gosho had originally intended to introduce Vermouth as just an organization member. “A Month by the Lake.â€

Actually, I like this. I like this a lot. I think you may be onto something on a few points there, in some form.

I really like this theory , because this is related with the frankenstein theory if you read both well.
In Pulp Fiction Uma Thurman was also the boss`s wife, right?

i'm not really sure if it is the the first time mentioned but the fact that vermouth is the boss' favourite was at least mentioned in the showdown at the harbour... and the anime episode was first aired on january 5 2004 ... since the manga chapters get published approxamatly one year earlier(thus end 2002/early 2003) i think it is quite safe to say that Kill Bill (which aired late 2003) has probably no impact on vermouth character ...
as to whether or not vermouth is derived from uma thurman, i don't know... the thing about beaumont and berumotto, i can't say anything about since i have absolutely no idea how a japanese would pronounce beaumont, but for me i think it's quite far fetched... (just judging from the way i would speak it with 4years of french classes)
i personnally don't like the idea ... i mean i like vermouth's charachter pretty much ... and the few movies with uma thurman i watched i enjoyed her charachters too... but i never was really was that overjoyed like with other actors... (so sounding rude ... i basically started reading this thread with a negative opinion, i just think vermouth is much more awesome than uma thurman)

It's Bômonto or Bômon.
