I think it's the guy with the band-aid covering his acne... I don't know why but it seemed weird to me that he would go to people's blog to check if anyone had saved a woman... I guess I'm just guessing

Anyone who knows Japanese well enough to help us finish this case before Conan and Okiya tell us?

Like, how does "mackerel", "carp", sea bream", "flounder", and "angelfish" sound in Japanese?
All I know is that sakana (é­š or ã

I think I got it figured out. I think it is the tan guy with light hair. Not sure about fish names.

He is basically saying the killer already kind of said I did it

motive: the died diver, the boat , and forced to dive with a cold

method: Drop her and left her there

I think you guys are missing a very crucial point. Remember that Okiya and Conan only figured who it was after the kids placed a kana on each of the fish names and it suddenly has some other meaning to it so you guys should do the same.

I looked up all the fish names in Kanji and they are
mackerel - 鯖
carp - 鯉
sea bream - 鯛
flounder - 鰈
Notice that each one of those kanji names has the character for fish (魚) in it. Remove the fish character from each of the kanji, like the "fish" being scratched off of "angel fish" on the watch, and it leaves the following:
mackerel - fish = 青 (blue/green)
carp - fish = 里 (ri [old japanese unit of distance] or village/hamlet)
sea bream - fish = 周 (surroundings or zhou dynasty of China)
flounder - fish = 世木 (no kanji for this...)
Now my Japanese becomes strained but I am going to bet that some combination or manipulation of the -fish characters above will be a reference to the either the name of the perp or the perp's injury or bandage. I tried looking up acne, band-aid, black eye, eye patch, cough, and gauze mask but couldn't find anything that screamed this is it. Someone should try converting the characters above into kana and seeing if anything falls out of it. My Japanese is terrible, but there may be a character that can be added to each of those truncations following Mitsuhiko's advice. This is my first post so I hope I'm doing this right.

Well I am not  good with Japanese. We way I see it you either add Letters from angel or remove them. I am leaning toward removing them because of the scratch out word angel. so If so one good with Japanese could do that for me we might have the answer.

Kaita Yasuji = カイタヤスジ

Aosato Shuuhei = アオサトシュウヘイ

Ooto Rokusuke = オオトロクスケ

Potential clues that I identified are

The fin wedged in the rock - it would seem like a message to insert something between two things
The 4 fish types written in kana
The "fish" part of the word "angelfish" is scratched off the back of the watch
The message on the cell phone "please take care of the rest." Could someone translate that into japanese please? I can't read it from the cellphone panel.
It would also be nice if someone could translate into Japanese "Ikkaku Rock"

One possibility is that the dying message is going to have to do with one of the injuries the suspects picked up. Notice that all three suspects claimed they got their respective problems (the black eye, the acne, the cold) after Ruri disappeared, so she wouldn't have known about any of their conditions. The perp will be trapped if the dying message says something about the perp's injury because there was no way Ruri could have known about it unless the perp came back and she saw him.
I think that the thing the three guys were looking for was the body of Yoshirou. (the guy who drowned in the rip current) The motivation for the murder is probably something along the lines of Ruri wandered off and Yoshirou drowned looking for her or Yoshirou drowned, but because she had wandered off no one was around to save him.

By the way, is Okiya's cellphone the same model as Conan's old model?

@sstimson: Blood marks can definitely be wiped, because a considerable number of days has passed

And I mean Rokusuke might have drowned Ruri for her to only lose consciousness, and when Ruri wakes up, she's alone in the island with an empty gas tank
