i'm curious about knowing who is the character in the keyhole and who is the detective of the month

The keyhole character is Apollo-kun.
The detective (POLICE detective this time) is Kuraishi Yoshio from Yokoyama Hideo's police detective novel Rinjou, and he's a coroner. Incidentally,
