Who are the kidnappers and what were they after?

Seriously, Gosho is really on the move here. Three cases in a row with Sera who in this file went to Agasa's place, and Okiya notices Sera, and Haibara is involved too. Is Gosho actually trying to advance the story at last?  :o

I laughed so hard when Okiya, for the umpteenth time, just stood there looking evil and doing nothing besides going "....." thus being as useless as ever (I had predicted it on the cbox  8-)).

(The key word here is "try", we can't be sure if Okiya will actually succeed in being useful)

Okiya (Akai) saw "his sister" (Sera). What is the reason for Okiya tailing Haibara since Okiya didn't know there is someone trying to kidnap Haibara yet. Why Haibara didn't sense any feeling from Okiya since Okiya is just about 10 metres away from her, Haibara's paranoid will be back again in File 776 if Okiya barged in Agasa's house to ask them what happened. Hope that Sera and Okiya will help Conan and Co to save Ayumi.

Sera is very pretty too...

Great file IMO. Thanks for opening the thread.
My reaction was the same as Mr.Moderator's. But

I don't think there will be any "B.O related" thing in this case. Proof: the car the mysterious guys drove. B.O is much richer and cooler with  their super-expensive cars/motobikes *half-joke, half-statement* However I agree, it leaves much to be desired.

If you interpret my reaction in that way, then I didn't succeed to convey what I really felt into it.

It was an amazed reaction with some happiness in it, but it still had some doubt inside of it because of the past events.

Seriously, did you really not get that?  :P

I'm not going to comment on how much actual impact this case will have on the overarching plot, but...

Genta basically calls Sera flat (says her breasts are "subtle"), and Mitsuhiko agrees.  Love it.

Also, damn that girl's got some tall boots.  They're over her knees!

And Haibara in tomboy mode (ie: hair done up ponytail style, without a ponytail since her hair isn't long enough) is very nice.

I wonder why Gosho insists so much about Sera's breasts...because of that I still think Sera might be a man...
btw Genta is slapped by Ai or Ayumi? if it's Ai then she has becomed more aggressive than before ;D

Only the fact that this case didn't involve a group of 3 suspects and a murder by the end of file 1 is enough to get my expectations up. Sera, Haibara and Okiya showing up together in the same arc almost asures something (even some slight advance) is going to happen. Anyway, Haibara's popping up in an internet video together with Agasa is a developement to start with. From now on she can't feel that safe anymore living in his house.

Anyway, what's more important... why isn't anyone making comments about Ayumi's spicy scene?  ::) ::) ::) That was totally unnecessary.
