If Okiya is Bourbon then this is probably not going to be a "good plot", since most possibilities along those lines require extreme stupidity and obliviousness from supposedly extremely observant geniuses.

I'd much rather learn that Okiya is Gin (who has yet to do anything to show us why Haibara reminded Conan about his left handedness when he's a rather conspicuous figure in the first place) and that Conan and Shuuichi are watching him. Or, learn that Bourbon only existed in a fairy tale used to expose intelligence leaks.
