Why? 'cuz:
- Her mum has big boobs (like Yukiko)
- She's japanese
- Her parents live in the USA
- She apparently has genius-level intellect and deductive skills (like Yusaku)
- She seems to know alot about Conan
What do you think?
Oh, but wait, Conan should be able to recognize her
Maybe she's another relative

I'm pretty sure Ran would know and also I'm pretty sure that it's been said that he's an only child

another pro fact would be that yuusaku and yukiko went to america three years ago... (if i remember correctly, not quite sure)... but if she lived with them until then it's kind of late to introduce her...
maybe yukiko got twins but was unconcious as she gave birth to masumi and she got stolen in the hospital... and the doctor didn't tell her that she had twins... and yuusaku wasn't with her in the hospital... but then again... how come that they find her three years ago in the US?

I think Sera is Kudos genetical Klon, created by the BO-Scientiest Bourbon. A perfect enemy for him.

Klon? Is that like a clone infused with Klingon DNA? I guess that's where she got the fighting ability from.

Who said Shinichi wasn't a prodigious martial artist/jeet-kun do practicer?

Right Sera is Bio-Detective like Broly.

If Sera were Shinichis sister why would she have another surname?
Yusaku and Yukiko never used another surname than Kudo.

Yukiko did before she married

She could very easily be using a fake name, though. (I would count that as possible for any theory regarding Sera, actually.)
Though I don't think she's actually Shinichi's sister.

I was going to say, I have three other siblings and all four of us together have three different surnames....though I'm against this whole Sera's his sister thing, I'm more along the she's an FBI agent...

Naah, it's FAR TOO FAR... Besides, we would know at least SOMETHING about her if she was Shinichi's sibling.

I'm still confused. When did this "Masami Sera" character appear in DC?

he's the translator, so I'm guessin he knows that
probably more of a reference to the thread calling her "Masami" instead of "Masumi".
