This case seems fun.

I love ramen! ^___^ Chicken flavor is my favorite.

I wanted instant ramen so bad when I was reading this! Why did I have to be out...? 

I think it was the part time worker.

For some reason I think that the real estate agent poisoned himself (but made sure he will survive this somehow). Still voted for Conan's and Kogoro's happiness. It's too early to tell anyway.

I think it's the barber since he immediately passed the chopsticks to kogoro, preventing them from receiving chopsticks (which may be poisoned) on the real estate manager's side.

Or it could be that the flower's water was poisoned so when he wiped it, the poison will stick to his hand and the water dries up in his towel. But since this may be involuntary, I quite doubt it...

Anyway, Just an opinion

I can't help but think he's lying about being ambidextrous. He had to have taken that seat for a reason. And knocked over the flowers for a reason.

The barbershop Manager for me. Maybe the chopsticks on the real estate president's side, are poisoned. So maybe to prevent Conan and Kogoro from getting poisoned, he passed some unpoisoned chopsticks. I love ramen!

Yeah, I'm going with poisoned chopsticks as well, at least for now.  That guy just seemed to interject far to quickly once Conan tried to get a pair of the victim's chopsticks.  However, that doesn't mean he's the culprit.  It could just be that he knew they were poisoned, so tried to protect the innocent.

It is the only seat directly next to those particular chopsticks, which seem to be almost teetering on the edge of the counter.  The manager tried to steer others away, so it's not likely normal people would get a pair of poisoned chopsticks.  However, it's also possible the guy's just an idiot and choked on the ramen.  That'd be the most hilarious situation.

Either way, it's doubtful that it's the part-time worker who's the culprit.

Kogoro scared Tokumori to death. So good yet so bad, Ramen stole the spotlight of BO hints and plot and jinx the break.

Otherwise it's Kogoro and Conan jinxing everyone probably the Barbershop manager

voting suicide because I'd like to see another suicide case, been far too long since we've had one of those :V

other than that, probably the barbershop guy.

Although, what's the significance of the "49 days of mourning"? I probably just don't know the tradition, but I saw that and noticed that the shop owner was 49 years old as well :V

It's a set 49 days, some sort of old death tradition/superstition that Asians, and I believe Jews, practice/observe/know of.
