Hello, I'm sorry if this question has already be asked but i wonder why Gin didn't killed Kir when thew saw that Akai was alive with a scar on his cheek (or it seemed that it's Akai  ) !

Was it just to see Kir's reaction, if she would acting guilty or on the contrary if sshe would be surprised ?

I think that Gin knew something about Scar Akai that the others didn't know of. Which puts us to the theory that Scar Akai is really Bourbon.

Because Gin didn't want to ruin his Porsche with all the blood and killed her elsewhere

because when Gin saw Scar Akai inside, he knew that the Kir in his car was a fake, because Kir is Scar Akai. :V

In the anime, he probably didn't recognize her.  :P

Yeah, if not Bourbon in disguise, than someone else on the B.O's side. 
What I wonder is whether or not Rena's fully accepted back because of this, or if she's still doubted a bit.
