Conan will not risk for his serious illness to go out except for getting APTX4869 antidote and rescuing Ran.

Ran is going out to buy thermometer, she shouldn't notice Detective Boys and Ai-chan in trouble unless Ran passed Ayumi's flat and heard screaming. Ran may save Ai-chan like Ep 345, Ai-chan thinks Ran is identical to Akemi.

After London Case, Kogoro appeared without relating to the case, since File 727. the resolution of White Valentine Day Murder, there is no Sleeping Kogoro since Kogoro kinda noticed where did Sleeping Kogoro come from, so Conan unable to use Sleeping Kogoro too much now.

Speaking of Detective Boys' behaviour, they always want to solve a case faster than Conan to steal a show, even they ensure the criminals are found, they will try to capture the criminals without informing Officer Takagi. File 753-755 have no appearance for any police officer, Officer Takagi just mention by Conan only and Okiya appeared without any contact from Conan.

So this story maybe the copycat of Hide-And-Go-Seek Kidnapping Case, first there is 2 criminals trying to find excuses to prove they are not criminals, then Conan noticed they are actually criminals, Conan and Detective Boys try to capture them, before they can contact police, Conan and Ai-chan caught by criminals. Conan used a way to lure a criminal, then another person other than Conan and Detective Boys take out another criminal.

Since Conan unable to go out, Conan may call Okiya to go and rescue Detective Boys and Ai-chan. More plots for Okiya Subaru please.

I would love to see Okiya saving them(since conan won't be here,Haibara won't hide behind him as she usually does XDDD) so that there will be some BO hints...

but I voted the DB will save themselves...it would more logical,since Conan is ill he won't be able to save them...

and yeah,Haibara will probably have the main role in this case^^
but DB are here too...

I hope that Conan dies and that the series will be renamed "Meitantei Shiho".

On an even more serious note: At least it's not the same formula as ever. I think Ai will let the DBs 'solve' this case, because she's not as self-absorbed as our protagonist.

Well, Ai isn't much around other people besides conan, DBs and Agasa. Especially since she's scared of her neighbor now XD So her ending up with the DBs is most likely :V


Come to think of it, Agasa could save them too actually. Since he could know that they are at ayumis place. And him visiting them wouldn't be too far fetched either.
Or we'll see Ayumi's parents! XD

Yay, another Detective Boys case. And Conan is out of commission once again. That is.. happening surprisingly often nowadays. Though, I like it.
I hope Gosho will make up for the last DB case, where Conan stole all the spotlight once more while the DB again were only following his orders. Maybe this is finally the time where they can show what they can do.

And who knows. Maybe it is Conan who comes to Ayumi-chans rescue in the end (yeah, and to everyone else rescue...). Though... I hope they get the chance to shine for once. They deserved it since a long time...

Conan will steal the show. Ai is Conan in disguise at the time. Ai in Shinichi Subaru's house investigating. Conan with Ran is Vermouth in disguise.

Well, I'm really hoping that they'll be in such big trouble, somehow Ran will be in trouble too, and Conan will have to drink Paiku (or whatever it's called), and turn back into Shinichi.  I know we just had a Shinichi case but...I miss him!!!!

Obviously, Ayumi's mother will come for the rescue, and we'll finally see her face and it will be revealed that she's Chianti

Hasn't he already done so?  Solved the case, that is?  I mean, he told them to call the police and what-not...  I vote the DB will save/solve themselves, since Aoyama seems to be making a point of knocking Conan out fast.  So Conan goes to sleep/passes out from the fever, and either the DB finally believe him and call the police; OR they get into more trouble, but untrusting Ai has set something up to help, in that case.
