Shinichi being a fool & some FBI related discussion

I don't really pay attention to this matter before but after re-reading the manga, it struck me like a lightning! 
.
The main reason why Shinichi live as Conan Edogawa is to make the BO dont realize that the high school detective is still alive right? but the case on chapter 743 is contradict this principle!
Well, before we walk further, I want to review and refresh our memories! This Fact is the ground base for our discussions here.
The Black Organization know about Shinichi Kudo Personal informations
In chapter 1 we know that Vodka knows / heard about how great Shinichi Kudo is.
After poisoning Shinichi, Gin & Vodka must had filled some sort of guest-book in Black Organization headquarter! they must write something like this:
Shinichi status became the only unknown because he is the only target that haven't been reported dead by the media (Newspaper, TV or Radio) but because of Sherry evil scheme, she confirm that Shinichi Kudo is dead.
Now after Sherry betray The Black Organization, the status of Shinichi's dead may be investigated again!
Prof Agasa and Haibara always tell Shinichi to keep his identity remain as a secret to Ran and others to ensure their safety. so every time shinichi solves a case, he always ask to the police or anyone that involves to make sure that his effort is not mentioned!
Like:
The Black Organization is an international organization! so they can have access to many secret data such as police database, school database, and immigration department!
The latest chapter (#743 above) is most likely canonical and importance in the Main storyline right? not only this is manga.. but also Aoyama already planed this case since long ago!
Now, base on this fact! Answer this question:
Why on earth Shinichi choose to reveal that he-Shinichi Kudo-is still alive and traveling from Tokyo to London using an Airplane?
Because he will used his passport, and when the BO check, they will know that Shinichi Kudo is still alive. What will stop them to come to Beika 2nd District No.21 to kill anyone who live there (Poor Akai
) And it only a matter of time before they killed Kogoro Mouri and Ran too. Eri Kisaki and also Yusaku & Yukiko Kudo. The Beika 2nd District No.22 will be the target too and they will kill my beloved Ai-chan.
In the funeral, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta and Kobayashi sensei will come and the BO will track them and kill them too.
The Great detective from Osaka that often visit Mouri detective agency will be killed too along with his lover-Kazuha.
Takagi will killed too because he knows too much!. satou will suicide and then shiratori will follow to suicide because kobayashi is dead too.
so?
this passport will lead into an EPIC fail and Death!
