Yes.... Only it was a motorcycle and she was not skydiving.... Hence why I put it in... It is just that fun of an option.... And with that mysterious woman... it is somewhat plausible.

@Chekhov: I agree with your spoiler.... But someone mentioned something like that in the spoiler cbox so I included it. I know it is a no brainer that that wouldn't happen (at least I don't think so)... However the other options are all quite plausible...

Yes, there was a scene like that. V14-4 I believe was the chapter. The chapter after it was titled "In the mother's chest"... Ironic.
Shinichi: "WHERE AM I?!"
Yukiko: "Oh, you woke up Shin-chan."
Shinichi: "MOM!!!"

Oh yeah, now I remember. Now if ever that mysterious woman is really Yukiko, Option 5 might indeed work out

We all know Ai knows that Shinichi never listens to her. Of course she packed an extra antidote. She'll tell him where it is once she gets his panicked call.

Well, though I personally voted for choice five, because it's hilarious, I think he's probably going to use a method not mentioned. First and foremost, this is the European Arc. It would be completely lame if they ended it with Conan just visiting London. So, realistically, I don't think Conan will go back to Japan for at least another case or two. When he does, I have a feeling he'll use something strikingly underhanded or BO related. Maybe Vermouth sneaks him back in (because she can totally do that) or he uses some kind of method ala Lupin vs. Conan.

As much as I'd love to see Yukiko and Yuusaku again after so long, I think them coming to rescue their "adorable Shin-chan" is just a little too predictable.

Also, another antidote with Agasa would be far too clean, as would Ai somehow sending him an extra.

My idea is similar to a couple of the options:

Ai probably packed away another of the antidotes somewhere in Shinichi's luggage, which he will find at a critical moment.  Or something like that.
