New case (741-742)

REJOICE PEOPLE! It's the case which everyone was waiting for! Finally, the favorite character of everyone will ALSO be coupled with someone in the same wonderful, and very refreshing, concept of "childhood friends" which everyone likes so much! I mean, it's Chiba! Everyone was always wondering who his romantic interest is.
Ok, enough sarcasm. I'm not surprised. Na'a, not even slightly. When there was first Shiratori's love case, I said "Soon we'll have Chiba's first love". I mean, it's Gosho. It was obvious he wouldn't let ANYONE stay alone at the end. Let's hope Chiba's love is Yumi, so we won't need to see HER romance later on.

(don't take what I write so seriously btw. Gosho can't really make me angry since he's too predictable now)

Let's just hope it wont drag on and on. One 2 or 3 parter case to give Chiba a soulmate is more than enough.

Oh well... At least Megure has a wife already... So that leaves just a dozen of pollice officeres that need to be paired up.

Actually, I don't care if I'm banned anymore. The fandom is declining pretty rapidly into a whining bunch of anti-fans.

Basically, if Gosho wants to write a few romantic cases, he should focus on the couples he's already introduced instead of creating new couples with insignificant characters such as Chiba. :-\

Ah gawd, if it turn into this kind of plot development.. There will be a long long journey before DC ends
Let see...
1. Sonoko would've need some chapter to conclude her pairing with Makoto
2. Yumi would also need some (unless she's going to be paired with Chiba)
3. That Waitress (forgot her name) who show up frequently would also need a pairing
4. Agasa might got into meeting again with Fusae
5. Hideo and/or Higo ? Seems plausible.. They kept showing up now and then anyway...
6. Yoko Okino, maybe with some random guy
7. Rena, who knows she might be paired with Gin / Vodka, or maybe with Eisuke him self
8. Eisuke for obvious reason..
9. Jodie
10. Akai / Scar Akai / Okiya (?)
11. Dr.Araide
12. Vermouth / Sharon / Chris
and the list would still go on..

Agreed.
I actually like Chiba, though. Who knows, maybe it'll turn out to be really awesome. (And lead to a plot-related case! haha)

as someone who defends 99 percent of the manga based cases and wishes for the legit death of whiny people, yeah no.
Granted there are the Parkurs of the world but they should always be ignored or made fun of for being silly anyway.
regardless when this makes it's way into the anime I'll just remember it as Blue Spark of Fail 2.0 I guess?

Chiba, Chiba, the next one will be..... will Gosho running out of first love? or am I missing a character?
BTW, Yumi is engaged isn't she? I don't remember her marital status... hmm it's been so long since I've seen her...
