Excuse me, but how I find the File on this account? I've checked all the options and when I go to "Photos" I don't get anything. It's driving me crazy, so can anybody point where the file is? I know I said this before and excuse me If I'm an idiot who can't find anything.

Yep, Liz, I totally agree with you. File 653 seems to be a bit boring. Well, most of file is about the case. 
Unfortunately, I don't know Chinese and Japanese, so I won't make any theory until we get English translation. We have to wait a bit.
Ahh... It would be soooo wonderful if Gosho makes some romantic scene between Shinichi and Ran! I would be incredible happy!  But after reading every single file of DC, knowing his style, I guess he won't let my favourite couple to confess their feelings... So far only Sonoko told Kyogoku how she feels about him...but...well...it wasn't even a confession, just giving a valentine chocolate.  Maybe Gosho is afraid of drawing that kind of scenes? I don't know.

About the file, I pretty curious about Sato's expression. I don't know what it means, she realized Shinichi looks similar to Conan or she's just amazed of his and Heiji's deduction skills? 
Also, I was thinking about what Shinichi told Ran (from the spoiler). He said he wanted to tell her something and ask about something. Okay, he wants to tell her that he loves her, but what to ask? Is it possible that he wants to propose Ran? Wow, I want to see that~!!!

What are you talking about?  We've discovered a lot of interesting things, this case is FAR from boring!
We've discovered Ran wants to confess and seen LOADS of really cute ShinxRan moments, seen Shinichi in Heiji's cap, and found out that Shinichi's gaining a tolerance to the drug.  From the sweat in the last panel, and the expession in his eyes it's like he had one of his heart attacks, but hasn't noticed a thing!  And his transformation back into Conan didn't give any screams or notable pains from Shinichi's part.
Does this mean he might not get heart attacks from turning back and forward anymore?  This would problematic because that's his main trigger and what makes him notice that he's in trouble.

And Sato looks like she suspects something.  XD  This might get interesting!  Or maybe from the translation, it might not be what I think it is.

He did scream when he turned back into Conan though.  In fact, he screamed so loud that Kogoro was about to force the doctor into the stall to check on him.

Yeah, but not when he went back to Shinichi again, and he repeated the drugs use.

That scream probably was more an scream of anguish and fury than of pain, beucase Shinichi first thinks that he's always changing back without having time to tell something to Ran. It  also happened in episodes 49-50, the ones when Heiji first appeared, he thought the same thing or something similar.

So, Mr. "Hazy!?", the truth is that, Shinichi did not scream in pain, but in anguish and fury and perhaps you could sum up despair, just because he doesn't have time to tell Ran important things he would like to tell her.

I guess that's it, if I am mistaken it wouldn't surprise me. Any commentaries on this are invited.

Hey, just saying.  XD  But if you think about it, wouldn't he try NOT to scream if there was the possibility of Ran, Kogoro and Kazuha nearby?  They'd certainly come rushing, and that's something he WOULDN'T want, in his shrunken state.

Maybe it is because he cannot contain it, meaning that he's trying not to scream but ends doing so beucase the pain is too great to bear and there's one point when he cannot hold it out, he needs to do it to end the pain, it would more likely an automatic thing, like when you're about to sneeze from a cold and you restrain it.

I thinks this explains it a bit more clearly. If I'm mistaken, please correct me

Well, people, normally when you feel unbearable pain, you won't just press lips together and suffer in silent. Shinichi/Conan is really resistant for pain anyway. We saw him with broken arm, shot by gun, hit by baseball bat cover with blood all over. In these situation he didn't even scream, though it was painful. I think transforming into Conan and vice versa must be incredible painful - high fever, heart attacks, feeling like melting bones, sweating. I'm not surprised that in final moment of turning back Shinichi couldn't cope with it and screamed loudly.
