because mouri was almost killed by gin & the other members in episode 425!!
(why the hell will they kill they're boss!)

Agasa is also a no no because he even helped conan in the episode "contact with the black organization" when conan was talking with vodka in the phone (disguise in some other man's voice, i forgot the name of that man),

gin even said to vodka in the abandoned building where conan and vodka where suppose to meet in the locker room that "only a man and a kid went in here".. that means gin doesn't know professor agasa! and he also helped conan when he kidnapped by vermouth in the car! conan also had some device in his chest to let agasa know if he was shot or bleeding so he can call the police..

mouri and agasa are simply helping him so that when conan does finally find out, he will fall into despair and thus his spiral power will be destroyed

but i'm 97% sure that mouri isn't the boss! because he's life is in danger once in gin's hands... they won't kill their own boss..

You can't be sure about that. They might not know what the boss looks like... The boss might just be giving orders over the phone, and through a voice modulator. So they wouldn't know his face or voice.

There is a good chance of that too, usually in a big organization, the underlings NEVER see the boss. MAYBE Gin and Vermouth are high enough to have earned a meeting, but you can't say that for sure.

Basically what I am saying is, keep all options open, because Gosho is a mad man, and will do something insane.

Genta was actually Terminator on disguise, Conan can see the Matrix (which explain his deduction skill), Haibara is the Oracle, and Gin is the Agent Smith  8)

I had a crazy theory once that the B.O. members somehow ate a pill developed by Haibara or her parents that would strengthen their senses of smell to that of a dog's - it would certainly explain why Ai keeps mentioning smell and why Vodka keeps wearing sunglasses ('cause he doesn't need his eyes!).   And hey, Akai referred to the B.O. members as wolves.

Vermouth is just the updated, free-roaming version of GLaDOS whose cake obsessions was upgraded to alcohol and Akai prefers to be called Sonny when he's not on duty.
