but I think it was changed because Gosho made up the real licence plate number in the manga later. Or something I don't know!

or maybe 4869 has a bigger meaning in relation to the BO than we think :O!

Why would you want to steal his identity?
That's like running into a fire instead of way from it.

I'd guess it's probably also his PIN number, but I think he'll notice if he gets back a credit card statement with Monty Python DVDs and anime memorabilia on it.

I think this license plate is during his "obsessed over Sherry times..." the drug makes him think about her too much...
