Post here reasons why you think the end of DC is somewhere within sight!

I'll start things off:

1.  Shinichi asked Haibara for 100 (100!) doses of the APTX-4869 temporary antidote "just in case," and she gave it to him.  Clearly, this is foreshadowing some need in the near future.

2.  Fingerprints are becoming an issue.  Ran wonders about how Shinichi's fingerprints got on the handcuff link inside Heiji's charm, when she can only remember Conan handling it.  Also, from the episode where Jodie brings Conan's cellphone to Takagi for analysis, we know that the MPD has Conan's fingerprints on file.  It doesn't take much of a leap to imagine that eventually it will be fingerprints that end up revealing Edogawa Conan=Kudou Shinichi.

3.  File 1000 (and Volume 100) sound like reasonable numbers for the end of the series... (though you may argue that File 1000 isn't "nigh" at all)

I'm pretty sure she didn't give those to him...

me too. Until we are not over with Okiya/Akai/Bourbon, I don't think the end is near.

Ran thinking Conan=Shinichi is not something you want to use as a marker for the series ending. That dance has become like a Kaito Kid event. The series might go a long time without it but you can always be sure that another one is happening eventually.

And then Haibara will - oh wait, she already helped. So then Agasa will -he did help too, so Yukiku will - already did, so who is left? And then Heiji will call Ran and say that he is in a case with Shinichi and he sends his regards to Ran...

Oh, I see.  It's translated like that here, but from my understanding of the original Japanese, she did give it to him, but she said, "If you build up immunity to it and can never return to your original body, it's not my fault" and teased him about wanting to look good in front of Ran.

I rewatched the relevant scene in the episode and you were right in that it seems like Haibara consented to giving him more of the drug, but I doubt that she had a hundred spares on hand to give him. She probably has to make more first. I would think that if Conan had some on hand though, Gosho would have given us a shot of the container he is using to hold it in or something like that so that when he does have to use the antidote, it won't just magically appear out of nowhere.

which raises a question. (I have no idea about drugs inside pills or medicins) where exactly does Haibara create the pills? Does she have a "Make your own pill" set or something like that? 

There are still several things that have to be resolved.

1. As you say, Okiya/Akai/Bourbon.
2. Who is Kaitou Kid? Conan POV.
3. When will Heiji finally realize who Kazuha is?!
4. Uhh.. anyone can add more, I know there's something I forgot.

She's a chemist (?). She should have all those test tubes and droppers and things.

That, in turn, really raises this question, doesn't it, of how she "makes it up" to Agasa... you know, paying for her room and board, paying for the various expensive ingredients for the prototype antidotes, etc...  not to mention all her fashionable clothes!

He claims that he is a famous scientist and inventor, HOWEVER that raises another question. How can he be so famous if most of what he has created usually explodes? What invention of his made him so famous? and rich? (Agasa's house is way too big for the avarage person.)

He made a pen that sold like hot-cakes waaaaay back.  I'm sure he's made other niche inventions that randomly sell well, too.

Plus, he seems to be able to program his own video games for the DB to play, it wouldn't surprise me if he's sold some video games too.
