I downloaded the raw, but I can't read japanese so obviously I didn't understand most of it, but I could understand a few things

Spoiler:

Conan barely speaks in the file and it's more based around the teacher. For the first time (I think) the crime isn't solved in the murder scene but a day later (I think) at the police station. Yumi saw the teacher from behind and thought she was Sato. I'm not sure that the file will end next week cause Conan didn't have the "I figured who the culprit is" moment.

Without seeing a translation, I agree that this is probably a longer than three part case... And I am cracking up at Kobayashi in the police station. It seems like just about everyone has mistaken her for Sato, even Takagi by the looks of it. I want to know what the members of the Sato protection force said to freak Kobayashi out...

Oh yeah, spoilers weren't posted, so here is a brief description of the file for anyone too lazy to download it. Kobayashi and the detective boys including Ai go down to the police station the next day to presumably be questioned about the crime. They crack some jokes, probably about Kobayashi and Shiratori. Yumi mistakes Kobayashi for Sato (getting slapped on the butt by a total stranger must be pretty embarrassing). Chiba comes over and says something to Kobayashi (thinking she is Sato too perhaps?) Shiratori comes to the rescue and says something which shocks Yumi and Chiba and causes Kobayashi to turn red. Humor briefly ensues. Takagi sees them from behind and seems to be wondering why Sato is being so friendly with Shiratori. The real Sato pinches Takagi's cheek, berates him for something, and hauls him off. Yumi and Chiba exchange some wisecracks.
Kobayashi and Shiratori are in an office and are discussing the case. Cue a rehash of yesterday's crime. We get three suspects being questioned by Megure: an angry woman who seems to have a grudge against the victim, a woman with a surgical mask whose personality shifts at the drop of a hat, and a smoking dark skinned guy with longish hair.
Takagi and Sato are meanwhile discussing something while walking along the corridor. Kobayashi who slipped out for some reason (bathroom perhaps?) sees Sato and Takagi and is surprised. She then sees the three members of the Sato defense club seen in the previous chapter. They say something which shocks her. Ayumi and Ai come from behind and see Kobayashi sitting on the floor in a worried state.

yeah the way Yumi acted was hillarious.

I actually don't think this romance will get tied up in this case. I hope I'm wrong.

I personally like this chapter. Something is actually going on besides the crime and it is something "fresh" and new eventhough the outcome is quite predictable. I really enjoy it.

Lol, and Takagi did it again, he recorded the interrogations probably again for Conan. XD He sure takes risks for a kid's request. o.o

And now I like Shiratori more and more.  ^^ Yumi is totaly crazy again.

Maybe Sumiko thinks that Ninzaburou keeps an eye on her just because she looks like Miwako :-? 'Cause the police officers was talking something about Shiratori, Satou and Takagi :-?

It's Gosho's trick... Shinichi/Kid, Yusaku/Toichi, Ran/Aoko, Now Satou/Kobayashi pretty soon, everyone is gonna get a doppelgänger

Question about this line: Takagi: Arigatou.

as that is the way it is said in japan (the English translation being "Thank You"), is there a way to know it the word was meant to be translated as English or other?

It's not that hard to search. If it was in the depths of the internet I wouldn't have bothered. At first I summoned Satan and he said that if I give him my soul, he will give my what I want. But he also didn't have the raw, so he went home with empty hands. Then I thought about searching in google "Detective Conan file 706" and I immidiately found a site that gives the raw.

Is it the .rar file format that is the problem? You can unpack it with 7-zip which is free and as far as I can tell doesn't introduce malware.
