Just because it mentions someone who was in a previous file doesn't make it real, or even seem real. Evidence or bust!

The chapter title, the spoiler is announcing, is "Great Detective". Seems strange to me. And well, it could be a spoiler, cause Ran asks Conan if he knows, if Shinichi knows that Subaru or so. Too lazy to do a proper translation.

2ch, probably. I know the Hayate no Gotoku spoilers for the following week have been showing up on Fridays or Saturdays for the last month or two. Though, unlike Conan, Hayate gets images to prove the spoilers.

That spoiler sounds like it would only span for half a page in the entire 16-page file. So it only account for, like, 3% of what might be going on during the file so it doesn't give away that much at all. Ran could be asking that question at ANY POINT of a case.
Of anything, I hope to God it's not another Detective Boys case.

Second: I don't think this is a spoiker, the conversation consists of Ran asking Conan a little about Okiya ( is he friend with shinichi...eh you seem to be in good term with him) it's not relevant what so ever.... I'm not sure if this is spoiler...^_^

If this is officially from 2chan, then, I don't see why this would be made up. Although, 2chan-人 do love to make up stories to kill time. So... Mmm.. We'll see.
