Didn't read the spoilers themselves, (hate trying to decipher google/babelfish translations), but it sure seems like he has amnesia.  Just the panel of Ran calling out his name, and then it looks as if he replies with: "Shinichi... is that my name?"

"Shinichi... sore ga boku no namae desu ka?"

..dream sequence?  i dunno, it looks really authentic though.  it does seem like shinichi doesn't remember what's going on.  i never did think that they'd let conan become full size again.  both conan & ai got their turn, so i figured it wouldn't be used again.  can't wait until scans go up.  and the subsequent translation.

You know... I've been thinking, and the name of this chapter is "Accidental Hit", right?  Maybe it's not so much about a hit and run accident or something, but more than Conan accidently took a hit off of Haibara's experimental antidote, thinking it was complete.

It explains that one panel of Haibara being in histerics, talking about the APTX and how it was only an experiment (hence the memory loss).  Then Conan stumbling around alone, after taking a hit.

Remember kids, if you take hits of random drugs/antidotes, you'll lose your memory.  And if you're bored from studying, you'll ramble on with weird theories on message boards.
