“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”
“Education never ends... it is a series of lessons, with the greatest for the last.”

Yawn... another boring chapter which is not very exciting... not to mention another rather long brake until June for 1113 spoiler...
So umm... should we place the blame on RUM? Since this darn Arc is taking so long because of him? ;D

1) Arcs are a fan-made concept. Neither the author or the publisher ever use that word
2) The author is taking things more slowly after overworking for over 20 years
3) We had a climax recently, it's obvious things are going to go at a steadier pace from now onwards
