Hello everyone, its my first post here... I am used to visiting dctp.ws all the time but never could be bothered to create an account.

I just read File 688, and it seems that Kasakura Nami is indeed the culprit, seeing the empty seats next to her, which could be her boyfriend and somebody else's seats. Which is pretty sad since observing Shiratori's yet another fail at romance.

However, I want to ask your opinion on this:
The way Goshyo shows Ayumi making Sakura flowers gives me the feeling that perhaps the real girl in Shiratori's memories is actually Ayumi's mother or her older sister (go on, hit me).

Anyway, that's my thought.

Why does Conan normally have a photographic memory, then the one time when it's something even a normal person would remember (someone in the seat in front of them getting up during the movie), he can't recall what happened?

Can't pay attention to everything. Especially with Ayumi and Ai suddenly clinging to you.

I plan to post more about my deductions now that I've seen this chapter, but it seems pretty obvious what Shiratori asked Takagi to look for. Possibly his original drink that was drugged.

So, any chance she didn't do it?  I mean, she's the only suspect, and all the evidence overwhelmingly points to her.  BUT, Gosho is a romantic who wants everyone to have the love of a childhood friend that he missed out on.  I can't help but to think that he might find a way to acquit her, if not from the crime, then at least from wrongdoing.

Or find another childhood friend for Shiratori... maybe Yumi? XD

Shiratori already knows it's her. He's just having trouble admitting it.

Oh, no it's her. Shiratori knows she's the killer too, so he's torn.

Maybe a good line could be:

Shiratori: "It's you ---"
Conan: "But you were wrong. You missed a crucial clue. The real culprit is himself! It was a frame suicide!"

Being hopeful here...

I think the little girl that  Shiratori met was actually Yumi i mean think about it they do look similar.

I thought about that, but it doesn't seem like the kind of wound that could have come from suicide.  Besides, Gosho never has conclusions without hints - if it were suicide, there'd be clues.

well, by the way, Yumi is not the only one who's possible to be the girl of Shiratori's memories . . . these people are possible too!

this is kobayashi-san, the detective boys' teacher: well, that's only my opinion i just thought that she's possible because Ayumi thought that she looks like Satou.

I posted my deduction thoughts on the new chapter in the thread I made for 687. I'd post it here as well, but that would be too repetitive.
Now that I know for sure that Shiratori fell asleep it all falls together. It also helps to know that the seats surrounding them were empty. I couldn't see that in the previous chapter.
