As the thread starter my vote will goes to... The big boss of the organization..

The boss one stands out from the pack, but I feel contrary today so I am going to vote for the second most startling revelation. Imagining Gin's face when he learns that Haibara totally had him snookered is hilarious, especially if she herself tells him and there is nothing he can do to get her. I'm not a supporter of the Gin-will-be-led-away-in-handcuffs theory, but imagining Shiho in her seven year old body say something like, "by the way Gin, I'm Sherry" just before he is hauled off to prison makes me crack up. Assuming Akai is alive makes Kir's spying activity that much more damaging to the Org's pride. Akai finally revealing himself before Gin is going to put a dent in Gin's dignity. Ai confessing to Conan would be awesome because Conan has no idea that she feels that way and he tends to react hilariously when she says something that sounds like a confession. (I don't think Conan has noticed her feelings yet.) Shinichi finally confirming Ran's suspicions will be a huge emotional moment and probably the climax of the love story, but I don't think she will be so surprised because she has already suspected the possibility. Choices, choices.

Out of all the options the Boss one is the only one that would be a great revelation, not only because they don't know who he/she is but the audience doesn't know either, unlike Shinichi telling the truth to Ran, when everybody knows but her, it wouldn't really be a great surprise 

I voted for the big boss'identity because i think he will be someone we can't imagine as the BO's boss and that we will be like :"OMG!!!!!!! "
And i would like to see Gin's face when he will learn that Haibara is Sherry

The biggest mystery and the least amount of plot moment revolves around the boss' identity.  Everything else has been discussed before and/ or hinted at in the plot.  The only thing we have to go off of for the boss is his phone number.

I don't think so. What with the kind of goons the boss hires, he'd have to be pretty evil. And Yuusaku just doesn't fit the bill.

yeah some here post some article about the immortality that the big boss of BO want. Anyway thanks for the vote and hope that DC will not end just like other anime there that it end sucks...

Option 1 shouldn't be a surprise by now.... and all the others seen ti have kess if a shpck value than Option 6. So that is the only reasonable choice.
