Looks like there are three suspects for this case's murder, all working at the Italian restaurant where Ryusuke and Yoko were eating—when they leave, they come across a dead man's body.
Can't wait for translations, especially of the interactions between Kogoro and Shiho/Ai.
And there's no break next week!

Brief summary so far:

presumenothing: #925 summary: Ai says she doesn't know Kuroda (she was only holding onto Conan because of Kuroda's scary expression) and that if he was really Rum, after seeing her face up close and realising that she's Sherry, he would probably have broken into Agasa's house by now, but Agasa has only texted her about tonight's dinner so far
presumenothing: #925 cont: She sees the article about Yoko&Higo and hires the extremely distraught Kogoro to investigate the couple (pro bono, of course), Kogoro finds a blogpost about Y&H being spotted in a restaurant, Conan says that Asuka (Higo's senior from high school football) started a restaurant after leaving J-league
presumenothing: #925 cont: At the restaurant, they see Y&H being served by a sommelier (who says that Asuka is out buying wine and should be back soon) and a waitress who knocks over Yoko's wineglass (later revealed to be Asuka's daughter when confronted by a waiter aka her ex-boyfriend)
presumenothing: #925 cont: Asuka hasn't returned, so the sommelier and waiter look for him in the back room (where he takes naps) while the waitress checks the storeroom. Later, they search again, but this time Asuka is apparently sleeping in the back room
presumenothing: #925 cont: 10 minutes later, when the sommelier goes to wake Asuka, the waiter receives a text from Asuka to bring Y&H to the storeroom without attracting attention, and does so
presumenothing: #925 end: Kogoro is about to go smoke in the restroom when they hear Yoko scream, and run to the storeroom... only to find (unsurprisingly) Yoko and Higo with Asuka’s dead body.
As I thought from the beginning, Haibara didn't have a BO feel.

I was skeptical when I saw the spoilers yesterday,I don't like when Haibara acts childish or like a fangirl over Higo...but then I thought maybe in the end of that case she'll give up on him and focus on more important things...I really hope so because the whole Higo thing was getting ridiculous so it has to end.
However I really enjoy the fact that Ai interacts with Kogoro,which is new and funny,so I can forget the fact that Ai act a bit OOC if it's entertaining enough.And also the DB aren't too present so it's nice and quite unique.

The kite-flying case was the only time that was explored recently and there she, shock oh shock, listened to a song because he liked it and that made her happy. I don't know what is supposed to be over the top about that tbh

I liked Ai's affection for Higo. I thought it was a nice bit of character development. And it hardly was too present since it was dealt with maybe 2 or 3 times in nearly 15 years.

There was some chapter where she wanted to play foofball like Higo(the calico cat case),and the kite flying case was kinda annoying to me because she was too extreme in her fangirling IMO.I guess it's because I really love the old Ai and I don't like that much her childish side.

My current standing on the case:

I like what I see. So far this is more about the comedic response of Haibara and Kogoro to the whole scenario, which I like (even though it makes Haibara a bit OOC). While I never before particularly cared for Haibara idolizing Higo (based on this case, though, it seems much more extreme than previously established), this case could lead to Kogoro snapping out of his Yoko fixation. That might be a bit much to hope for, though. Gosho so far is making an usage of both Haibara's and Kogoro's fixations together, and it's amusing seeing them teaming up.
Also, based on the initial translations, seems like Haibara realized Conan's thinking of Rum, so it's nice to see Haibara's not completely oblivious on that department.
Oh, and I also hope Haibara will finally exchange a line or two with Higo, cause she finally sort of has a chance.

Yeah, I'd be pretty disappointed if it's "just one big misunderstanding". The case's first chapter is already tossing new things into the mix by having Ai and Kogoro pairing up in a way never seen before so I'd actually hope it would continue and the case will leave some lasting effects on Ai and Kogoro's characters.
Speaking of which, what are the possibilities of our favourite Kuroda appearing xd

Yeah that would be the worst scenario I agree with you...but the way Gosho gave us the AC hints(the "discovery of ardent love")makes it look like it's something real

Heh, I knew Haibara would not like the idea of Higo finding a girlfriend...
Anyway, that proves that she has some feelings after all, and she's not a total bitch that some people may consider her to be.
In a way, I would like if she continued liking Higo. We don't know much about her, except that she likes Higo because his past reminds her of her own past. Somehow I feel that if Haibara will stop liking Higo, she will become pretty emotionless.
Don't know why but one of the waitress reminds me of Yuzuki Fukui... Or someone else we already seen...
This case doesn't look interesting, like always, but maybe indeed the Ai-Kogorou moments will make it worth reading. And if Kuroda will appear in this case, then we can bet he will replace either or both Megure or Takagi...

She's said to be one year older than Yuzuki. But who knows, maybe Yuzuki had her B-Day in the meantime, and they're really the same person.
About Kuroda, I'm not sure. He's a chief after all, he shouldn't appear in every crime scene. And for sure he shouldn't appear in every crime scene hoping to see Conan in there too.
