No. It's pretty sure by that that the Magic Kaitou org and the BO are two different orgs and have no relation whatsoever amongst them.

And by the way, this hardly qualifies as a thread given the OP you provide: you should elaborate more, like suggesting why do you think that or what hints or evidence there is.
