Where is it said that The Black Organization’s main research project was created >50 years ago ?

Hi guys. I've just read on the wiki that the Org's main research project, which will become the APTX project, was created >50 years ago, and the source is file 189, page 6. But on this page, Haibara only says :

Haibara : Kudo ? You would probably never dream... that you're already a part of... the BO's project...

So, is there a mistake, or...?

The Japanese manga:
工藤君…？

which, apart from saying "top secret" instead of "secret" is identical to the anime line. (Edited to replace the manga translation with a note and add the missing last line.)

Here's Naoko Amemiya's translation from Viz Media's official release of the manga:

Kudo...
You have absolutely no inkling...

... in the syndicate's top-secret project, 50 years in the making.
Deeply involved.

Lesson of the day:
Don't take for granted that ANY translation, official or unofficial, is correct, rather make sure they are.
In the case of Detective Conan, I dare say you're safe if you go with Viz Media's translation for the manga, and in the case of the anime in subtitled form, if you go with FUNimation, Baaro, M-L, and the majority of the DCTP fansubs. Though needless to say, every translation is prone to errors, so there's that, too.

Thanks, that's what I needed. So yeah. The manga does explicitly mention the 50 years thing - OP prolly read some random scanlation, some of those aren't all that great.
