Favorite Case
I'm putting this here, because some people may not have seen or heard what might be discussed here.
So my favorite case is in chapter 384 to 386 in the manga or episode 312 to 313 in the anime. its the case involving the Ayumi's new hina dolls. I read it when I was in the elementary school and reminded me of how happy I was then.
So put forth what your favorite case was.

Mine is the one when we see Heiji for the first time and Conan becoming Sinichi because we have two incredible explications of the same murder and the Conan's one is magnificient by its simplicity (no difficult trick) but I don't remember the number of the anime (in the 80 first one ) and I think the title is "The murder of the ambassador"

That's 48-49, The Diplomat Murder Case.dany wrote: Mine is the one when we see Heiji for the first time and Conan becoming Sinichi because we have two incredible explications of the same murder and the Conan's one is magnificient by its simplicity (no difficult trick) but I don't remember the number of the anime (in the 80 first one ) and I think the title is "The murder of the ambassador"
My favorite...it's a toss-up between 174, the two hour 20 year old robbery special, and 184, the one hour cursed masks special.

Re: Favorite Case
My favorite is probably the 20-Year-Old Murder Case in files 225-230 (volume 23) and episode 174. No matter how many times I read it, it's still a great case. Same goes for the aforementioned case in episode 304. That one's especially great for character development.

Re: Favorite Case
I liked the Hatamoto Family case, Shadow of a red Horse case, the Tengu case, the Bloody venus case, The writer that disappeared, Bloody Valentine, basically all Ai/B.O. centered cases, all the Satogi ones
, that Lawyer case where Eri's coworker wanted to steal Kogoro to get to Eri (baddd tastteeee), the mermaid case (sooo creepy), K3, Warm Ocean (the case where Ai befriends Ran <3), the Osaka castle case, the Panda James black case, the onibaba case, any case where Kogoro uses brain cells, the case where Heiji's mom first appears, I love that new Red Wall case though the motive is kinda weird, Agasa's first love (favorite Shonen Tantei case!), Golden Apple (the actual case)...
Okay stopping. too many.

I would want to agree with you there, except for the fact that I couldn't understand that partlatigidyblod wrote: I'm putting this here, because some people may not have seen or heard what might be discussed here.

You should reread the cases that you missed then. That case was really funny xD.DCAddict wrote:I would want to agree with you there, except for the fact that I couldn't understand that partlatigidyblod wrote: I'm putting this here, because some people may not have seen or heard what might be discussed here.

So put forth what your favorite case was.since the manga I downloaded was of poor quality and the translation didn't really flow throughout the arc.

Serial Murder: Moonlight Sonata (11), Mermaid Case (222-224)
Murder: Potter (98-99), North Star (144-145)

I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.
The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

My favorite case that doesn't involve any of the main characters is episode 52 (The Kiri Tengu Legend Murder Case).

Re: Favorite Case
i havent read the older cases in a longgg time so i cant really say whats my favourite case of all time, but among the more recent cases... the Vanishing Body (rearrangement of tatami mats) stood out cos i found it so creepy, and i really liked the paper plane SOS case!! The detective boys case with the building hiding the treasure was cool too, it was fun trying to guess the mechanism that was hiding the treasure
