I don't know whether Sera really is an amateur or that's just what Gosho wants us to think?
The way she collects/confirms information is horrible (even worse than that of Eisuke). I mean, all she's doing is running around the neighborhood asking people (even kids) things about Shinichi, Conan, Haibara, Okiya... Not to mention that many of her sayings to Conan and others show her suspiciously deep interest in Shinichi. What is her real motive ? Does she just pretend to be dump or she really is naive
