Awesome! Well, of course he did. When Shuichi bugged Agasa's house during the Vermouth arc, he overheard Agasa calling Conan Shinichi. This must just confirm his suspicions like you said, if he hadn't already.

"Let's decide once and for all, Vermouth! No more hide-and-seek!!" - Conan Edogawa
At the very end it looks like a "Shinichi is on the phone helping us moment" but Conan doesn't appear to have his bowtie.
Unless he's got a voice-changing app, he's screwed
XD
Spoiler:
That was my thought too, but then I saw Okiya and thought he wouldn't be smirking if that was the case... at least I hope not
...I wonder if I should just google translate as much as I can to figure out what's going on :x
Btw, I loved Conan's expressions for all of the pics there, they were awesome XD.
Also, for those who I know will ask why there's no Chinese yet D:, according to Black Demon in the spoiler box, the Baidu people haven't got hold of the raw yet so it'll be a bit more of a wait they totally did it to build up suspense

The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Vermouth bugged Agasa's house, not Akai. This was done when she treated Haibara's Cold after the Porsche case.

Jodie also had bugged the house, though who knows if Akai listened in on them or not.

Akai did listen to Agasa-Conan conversation. But it is not clear that he intercept Vermouth's signal or plant listening bug himself. At the end of four Porsches case IIRC.

maybe he likes to listen to both Vermouth's and Jodie's bugs :)
about the case
Spoiler:
I knew that sign on the ground was related to something with dots(you can easily see 5 in it) and since in DC world there are a lot of hints left in the form of different kanji, it'd be easy to confuse the police/detectives. As for Okiya confirming about Conan and his smile at the end, I can say one thing: Like brother, like sister.
