Just out of curiosity regarding File 920: What was the method and motive?

This comes from my understanding at seeing the Chinese scans, I've yet to see a raw to fully understand it so I may be wrong.

Anyway: the trick to have the victim open the door was taking a photo of Sakurako when she was about to ring the culprit's door: the envelope was actually the culprit's smartphone and it was set to take a photo of Sakurako. Then she stuck it on the victim's door while displaying Sakurako's photo onscreen to give the impression to the victim that Sakurako was the one ringing the door-bell.

The trick with the key did involve the toy chopper but I don't remember the exact steps.

The motive seems to be that the victim knew that the culprit had been involved in a hit & run case (or maybe it's the inverse: I'm not sure) but then Conan intervenes saying about what other users had said about the victim knowing the culprit was lying about her real age.

And as you know, Kuroda shows up and does say aloud that it's no surprise Conan solved it 'cause he's the brains behind Kogoro: he then mentions something about Matsumoto and I think that the final words are something along the lines of: "looking forward to seeing you again". Again, that's my vague idea about it and I could be wrong.

Yes, basically, he revealed he knew about Conan being "Sleeping Kogoro" and that he's taking over for Matsumoto as Superintendent, he's going to be watching out for Conan as a friend and that he hopes to see him soon.

I also have a question, to me, from my understanding of the raw, it seems a pretty subtle comment that Matsumoto got promoted (because there doesn't seem to be any focus about it in the scene), but to someone who understands Japanese, does it also seem "subtle" or it's actually pretty firm?
I imagine this would be mentioned again in another case in the near future (to make it more evident how or why Kuroda was chosen to become the superintendent).

I thought Matsumoto was "Keishi". Keishi-cho is higher than Keishi-sei according to the wiki (both DCW and actual wikipedia)

FIX: Kuroda says that Matsumoto is a keishisei
Kuroda is filling in for Matsumoto.
My mistake from above was thinking that the Keishichou was Kuroda's rank but it actually refered to the Tokyo Police department (different kanji, same pronunciation)
