Conan took an antidote in File 745 is after 8 pm, File 746 could be tomorrow morning to afternoon, since the duration of the antidote is 24 hours, then Shinichi will change back to Conan at about 8 pm. However Shinichi took an antidote earlier, the duration will probably last less than 24 hours. Back to Shiragami case, Conan took second pill right after shrinking, the duration can only last about 4 hours. The time returning to Japan is File 746 tomorrow night, no doubt about that Shinichi will change back to Conan before setting home.

We all know time doesn't move in DC universe.. *lol*

Anyway, rather than thinking about the case, I'd prefer speculating for any way for Shinichi to return to Japan...

- Illegal ways (Document Forgery, "back-routes", bribing the officers, hijacking the plane, etc)
- Using his connection with the FBI's to sneak him out of the country.
- Agasa miraculously creates a Teleportation machine.
- Haibara send him another batch of antidote(s) (post/directly)
- Haibara entrusted back-up medicine to Jodie / Yukiko / FBI / she somehow got trustful friend out there (the mysterious lady on last file)
- Extra Terrestrial creatures help.
- He never returned to Japan again...
- He never returned to Conan again...
- He swim all the way across to Japan by sea..
- "Home Alone" reference; as a conan, he's tagging any unsuspecting adults during the last minutes before the plane take off, pretending to be their child.
- Asking for Japanese embassy help, hoping to get deported back to Japan..
- He'd get help from that pro tennis player eventually (for solving the case).. I don't know how she would pull some string though...
- Unexplainable Time Skip, the case finished, and we're suddenly back to Beika City the next day without explanation..

In real life, they were made in America.  In the comics, they're still in England I believe.  And there were Superman references, but he himself wasn't there.  That'd solve a lot of problems, though.

Well, I don't see some option which would be more probable - I mean going to Japan with Yukiko and Yusaku's help (private plane maybe??), that's why I picked an option which would make me extremely happy - that Shinichi won't EVER return to Conan form. ^o^ I know, I know, it's not possible, but look how awesome would it be! When Shinichi stayed with his adult form, BO would notice him very soon, and then BANG~! Extreme long BO series with dramatic, fantastic ending~!!! Yey~!!

Btw, I guess Shinichi won't ask Ai for help, because he broke the rules. Now he must go back to Japan by himself. Bad bad boy...
